With approximately 48.3 million adults experiencing mental illness in a given year, mental health has become a growing issue not only in the United States, but also worldwide. According to a survey released by Cigna in 2020, 61% of Americans interviewed felt lonely in 2019 due to not having enough meaningful social interactions and balance in their lives. 

If you are someone who is struggling with their mental health, don’t hesitate to reach out, because there is always someone who is willing to listen.
